Where can I receive my order?
You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work, etc.)
Can the delivery country be different from the country of purchase?
The delivery country must always match the country of purchase.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
If you live in the Peninsula, the delivery time is 5 working days, unless the order is placed on a Saturday, Sunday or holiday, in which case the order will be processed on the first working day after the day the order was placed. For destinations such as the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, and the rest of Europe, the delivery time is approximately 10 days.
How much do I have to pay for shipping costs?
Shipping costs are free.
How can I know where my order is?
To find out the status of your order, please contact our Customer Service department at 645 05 45 86.
What is the home delivery process?
We will send you a confirmation email when your order is about to leave the warehouse and the carrier will contact you to inform you of the delivery of the order.
RETURNS
How should I return an item?
To request an online return with collection at your home, write to us at quarry@pidetugasolina.com specifying the order number (which you will find in the order confirmation email), an address for collection and the details of the items you want to return.
After verifying the data, we will send a carrier within the next 72 hours (whenever possible). To arrange the collection, the transport company will contact you.
What is the deadline for making a return?
For any return, you have a period of fourteen days from the date of placing the order.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns at pidetugasolina.com are always free.
How will I receive the amount of my return?
Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase.
When will I receive the amount of my return?
After approving the return (the items must be in perfect condition and have the internal labels) you will receive a confirmation email indicating that the amount will be credited to your account (using the same payment method you used to pay) in a few days. Remember that the credit to the credit card always depends on your bank.
What should I do if the amount of my return is incorrect?
Contact us at quarry@pidetugasolina.com and we will solve the problem as soon as possible. pidetugasolina.com reserves the right to reject returns that are notified or sent after the specified deadline, or items that are not in the same condition as when they were received.
